Showing Your Outlook Mailbox Size on the Status Bar

May 20, 2014 0 comments Article Easy, Outlook

If you want to see your mailbox utilization, FileàInfo will show you the size of your mailbox, and your usage

When your mailbox starts to get full, you may see a notification at the bottom of your screen on the status bar showing how full you are (a daily occurrence for many, I’m sure!)

However, it’s possible and very simple, to show this permanently on the status bar. Simple right click on the status bar and select ‘Quota Information’ to ‘On’

You will now see your usage on the toolbar

This also works in 2013 in the same way
